Working on the ezine and several html issues here, I have to say...I've learned some things.
Doing things on your own isn't always the best idea. But, once you play around, you definitely know more about what you're doing than you did before.
Within the next few days I'll have a few surprises for you! Another page or two, and maybe a perk or two. Those are coming after the e-zine is sent out...which should be the 10th! And everyone can celebrate its bright beginnings. More on that later though...don't want to give away too many surprises.
Remember, to sign up for the Wellness Connection ezine, send me an email at basichealth@fourpointgroup.com with Subscribe in the subject line. And if you have any comments or questions, or suggestions for articles, etc., feel free to let me know. (That offer may not always be an option, but we'll see on that, too!) :)
Be well and blessed, and look for the new page of Wellness Associates!

Spring in Wisconsin
I love this weather! It's not too warm, not too cold, and the wonderful breezes help get the stale air out of the house.
If it's warm enough where you are (or you don't mind cold air), open your own windows and let the breezes of the season move the old, stale air from your home. That leaves room for fresh air, fresh ideas, and fresh starts.
On a personally note, I've personally chosen to work on improving an area of my life with focus and intent and commit to doing so on a minimum of a weekly basis.
Small actions done consistently can yield big results.
At the moment I'm committing to work consistently on my to-do list. I may not finish a large project in one day, but I make sure to put effort toward each of my weekly or daily goals regularly.

I can Breathe!
I don't know how many of you have had problems while cleaning. I KNOW the bottles all say don't breathe in the vapors, but I haven't been able to figure out how to clean without breathing (and can't afford those great masks that would allow me to clean and breathe.
But if you've read my brief article on getting rid of the toxic chemicals from our home, you know we are now cleaning with non-toxic cleaners. And I can clean the bathroom! I can scrub our floor on my hands and knees without taking a breathing break. I can even clean around my child and he has NO reaction! (This is a child whose eyes would swell closed if I used 1/4 cup bleach in the basement 2 floors down in 1 load of laundry while he was sleeping.)
And the products work, too! So I can't complain on that end either!
I am happy, toxin free, and breathing easier. (I can honestly say I went from 1 hospital visit per month for uncontrolled asthma to no asthma attacks and no asthma meds since getting rid of the chemicals! Yea!)
Be well!
